Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply from 16 April 2017.

General products


The products are made of Finnish natural stone, so remember that the stone can not withstand abrupt attacks, bending or dropping on a hard surface. Wooden gift baskets do not withstand moisture, so keep the case dry. You can maintain the stone products by wiping with a static cloth or wiping it with a damp cloth.

The store sells products to individuals of the age of majority. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs, as well as problems stemming from IT, affecting normal retail prices.

How to order 

Products are ordered online by moving them to the shopping cart and paying the contents of the shopping cart at the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information requested for the order will not be used for the purposes other than the delivery of the order or the clarification in it, unless otherwise stated. When you order an online store you are required to become acquainted with and committed to the terms of delivery in force at the time.

Payment and payment methods 

The payment service is operated by Klarna Checkout, through which payment options are invoice, payment, card payment and online payment. By declaring details on the checkout you agree to the terms and conditions of Klarna AB (Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm). By clicking on the "Buy" button you agree to the Rockers General Terms.

Order and payment confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation directly by email, showing your order information. Always check the order confirmation details. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save your order confirmation if you need to contact customer service. When you are in a customer service, always keep your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in your order confirmation. Delivery Methods and Costs

Shipping costs include postal and packaging costs. We will provide an estimate of future shipping costs in the shopping basket according to the primary delivery method. After you have chosen the payment and delivery methods you have chosen, The available delivery methods will depend on the content and total weight of the shopping cart. You can choose from the methods of payment that are available from the checkout, which is the most suitable option for you with the exact shipping cost.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery time to Finland varies depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are reported if the shopping cart has any stock out of stock and we also report possible delays to you immediately after ordering. We are not responsible for the delays caused by force majeure or the indirect disadvantages caused by delays. The webshop informs on different delivery times on its website

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without announcing the reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

In order to use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us about your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous way (for instance, by mail or email). You can also use our printable return form, but it is not required.

In order to follow the deadline of the return period, you must send us the notice of return before the return period ends.

Implications of Returns

If you decide to cancel this contract, we will return you all transactions we have received from you, including shipping costs (but excluding additional costs from using a different shipping method than the most affordable one recommended by us by default), without delay and in any case within 14 days counting from the time we received your notice of return. We will perform the refund using the payment method you used in the original transaction, if you have not explicitly agreed otherwise, and in any case at no additional cost to you.

You must send the goods back without delay and within 14 days from sending the notice of return. You will have followed the due date, if you send the goods back before said 28-day period ends.

You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Unpaid package

Failure to redeem is not the same as a refund or cancellation. We will charge the shipping cost for a non-redeemed package that has not been subject to a separate cancellation notice. 

Troubleshooting

If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or if it does not respond to your order, you must notify the address within 14 days of writing to the address mentioned in the Cancellation and Return Conditions or by calling the telephone number mentioned in the contact details. If the package is clearly damaged during transport, you must immediately make a complaint about the delivery method you have chosen for the transport company.
